About the program

MFT is headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark and also has offices in Turkey, Singapore and Australia + remote employees all over the world. As a Graduate in MFT Energy you will follow a two-year program. Depending on your interests and competences, you will visit up to three different MFT teams. You will have the opportunity for at least one stay abroad at one of the other offices. Do you have a programming, computer science, IT or software background and an interest in energy trading - Then the MFT Graduate Program is your chance to kick-start an international career in an entrepreneurial company and make a great career. The program starts on 1/9 2023. Application deadline is 31/1 2023.

Your qualifications

Applying for the Software track, you will have your first 8 months with our Software & technology team. Hereafter we tailor the program to your individual competences and area(s) of interest. The possibilities are endless as Software Graduate. You can find yourself creating a career building software trading strategies or emerging technologies and methodologies to help our business or support teams. 

Your qualifications and personal skills:

• You will finish your master’s degree within Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar in the summer 2023, or you have a master’s degree and will be ready to begin the Graduate journey 1/9 2023.
• You have a logical mind and like finding the correct solution and make things happen
• You are a hands-on go-getter
• You have strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
• You are detailed oriented, structured, and independent
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• You may have experience with software development
• You may have experience with C#/.NET and different types of APIs
• You may have experience with Power BI
• You are ready to excel your career, learn, develop, and contribute!

The recruitment process

The journey starts with a first interview round. If going forward, you will be invited to a fantastic first meet-up event, where you will learn more about MFT Energy, you will meet the other Graduate candidates and we will give you a fun day to remember. Hereafter we have the second interview round. If there is a win-win, the Graduate journey will begin on 1/9 2023 and ends with a fulltime job and an extraordinary energy career.
