Business Processing in a fast-growing Energy Trading Company

We are looking for a new colleague in our Gas team. One who has a structured eye and can take part in further development of our high performing team and business by ensuring compliant processes. The objective of your work is to research, evaluate, and structure our everyday tasks and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure structured workflows based on our current tasks and processes
• Compliance check all projects to ensure scalability and compliant workflows
• Evaluate, present and implement processes and routines that ensures an efficient operation of the Gas team 
• Assist in analysis to support business decisions
• Update and develop internal reports to support decision making
• Manage the portfolio of projects in the Gas team
• Ensure all projects in the Gas team are managed in a structured way
• Ensure efficient reporting to our risk team and other internal stakeholders
• Ensure proper reporting to external counterparts 
  
  

Your skills and qualifications

• You may have experience in the energy or trading industry, knowledge related to gas markets is an advantage, but not a must
• Experience with project management or process optimization is a plus 
• You are analytical yet proactive in seeking knowledge and learning
• You can collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization
• You are open minded and like asking questions
• You are fast to adapt and enjoy juggling several projects at a time
• You are able to understand and structure workflows
• You have an analytical background and or education
• You have experience with excel and maybe different process/project management tools.
